Caitlin Ashley, MPH, RD, LDN

Caitlin is a graduate of the MPH/RD program at UNC Chapel Hill. While at UNC, Caitlin focused on both the treatment and advocacy facets of working with eating disorders. Her interest in eating disorder treatment continued to grow during her dietetic internship at New Leaf where she developed a passion for individual counseling at the outpatient level of care.

Caitlin’s nutrition philosophies stem from a Health At Every Size approach with the belief that all bodies are good bodies and deserve satisfying and nourishing nutrition. Caitlin has particular interest in working with adolescents with eating disorders and uses compassion, creativity, and scientific evidence within her practice to help clients work towards recovery.

During her free time, Caitlin enjoys racing in track and field and road running events, listening to records, cooking, spending time in the many outdoor spaces in the triangle area, and lounging around with a retired racing greyhound named Bella.
